NYSED has developed a new website to provide access to their ongoing efforts to infuse social and emotional development learning into K – 12 curriculum. The website is http://www.emsc.nysed.gov/sss/SEDL.htm.

When reading the website, I noticed that including social and emotional development into the curriculum is voluntary. Do you think it should be?
